The Website

This website and its content are the property of Stockleys Sweets or the designer - no permission is granted to use photography or imagery without the permission of the designer.


Ordering is simple with Stockleys Sweets. You can order from the comfort of your home and take your time to browse through our range of hard-boiled sweets, fudge and chocolate gift ideas.

When you’ve found the items that you would like to order, simply add them to your basket and carry on shopping! When you're ready to pay, simply press the checkout button and follow the on screen instructions - it's very easy.

When you visit us again, if you have registered with us during your initial order then all your delivery details will be ready and you are saved the trouble of typing them again, we call this our “Quick Shop” service, so that your future transactions are a lot quicker.

Once all of your details are entered, make sure you’re happy with the terms and conditions of your order and tick the box confirming so and then you’re ready to “proceed to confirmation” where you will then be asked to enter your payment details.
Finally, we confirm your order

When your payment has gone through, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail, just so you have piece of mind that your order has been successful and that your items will be with you as soon as we can get them in the post!

It’s really as simple as that!

Next day Delivery

We provide an option for next working day delivery - this means for any order received before 1pm on a working day we will endeavour to delivery by the next working day.

As an example of an order made after 1pm on a Friday - it would only be dispatched on the following Monday (unless that is a holiday) to be delivered to you on the Tuesday.

General Information, Returns and refunds

We’ve taken great care in creating all of our products to ensure you receive the very best quality sweets, confectionary and gifts.

While our products are made in a traditional manner we suggest that you please contact us or refer to the products label for full details in regards to dietary information, preservatives and colourings.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and, so you can buy with confidence, we will happily refund* or exchange any item you have bought within 7 days of receipt* (providing the goods and packaging are intact) should there be any issues that arise.

If for the unlikely reason you are unhappy with any part of our service, or with your purchase, then please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our utmost to make sure you’re happy again!

*Unfortunately, because we’re so generous during our sale time, we can’t give refunds on sale items, however, we would be more than happy to exchange for another item of the same value.

Cancelling your order

If for any reason you have placed an order and then decided you want to cancel it, then please just let us know. However, you’ll have to be quick because we like to try and get your order to you as fast as we can, so there’s a good chance that it’s already in the post, in which case we can refund or exchange once the item has been returned to us.


International Orders

Please note that our website doesn't cater to postal options for international or none mainland UK orders - however, please contact us and we can provide potential costs for your destination. In the event that an order is made and an international address is entered into the system in a manual fashion then we reserve the right to cancel that order or to contact you to discuss additional postage charges.
